Tomatoes in winter?

With all of our produce, we don’t use dirt to grow anything. This method allows us to grow more produce in a smaller square footage and use less water. Hydroponics is a more sustainable way to grow produce. Also, since we use greenhouses - we can grow during the “off-season” from conventional farming. This allows us to provide vine-ripened tomatoes in the middle of winter; cool, refreshing lettuce in the middle of summer; and sweet strawberries though-out the fall and winter.
