Now in its 15th year Hurricane Creek Farms continues to grow and sell quality hydroponic produce, pasture raised Angus beef, and stone ground grits and cornmeal from several heritage corns. At peak production we have ~1400 tomato plants, ~250 heads of lettuce a week, ~6000 strawberry plants, and a constant cycle of cucumber and pepper plants.
